In their official statement in Jakarta on Wednesday, the ticket exchange is an important step to get the wristband (bracelet as an access pass to the event area) and special package (special gift) for entry to the fan meeting event. Ticket exchange can be done according to the following schedule.
– December 15-16, 2024
Location: East Atrium GF – Senayan Park
Time: 10:00 – 20:00 WIB
– December 17, 2024
Location: Beach City International Stadium (BCIS), Ancol, Jakarta
Time: Starting from 09:00 WIB – finished
During the exchange process, make sure to bring the e-voucher (can be in digital or printed form) and the original identity card (KTP, SIM, passport, or student card) with the same name as on the e-voucher.
If you are unable to exchange the ticket yourself, the ticket or wristband can be delegated by someone else with the condition of bringing a power of attorney signed on a Rp10 thousand stamp. The power of attorney template can be downloaded through the official website of wavehereon17dec.com.
In addition, the ticket exchange representative must bring a printed e-voucher and a photocopy of the e-voucher owner’s identity card with the same name as when purchasing the ticket.
It is important to remember that the wristband and special package will only be given to the e-voucher owner or their representative who has fulfilled the requirements. Make sure all documents are complete so that the exchange process can run smoothly.
Audiences are strongly advised to arrive on time. However, if you arrive late at the event location, you will still be allowed to enter according to the rules set by the organizers.
